I like it so much. But i can't take some links off as the strap is so long for me. should I use any special tool or take it to the repair shop ?

generally speaking, it is really a good and nice watch. my girl friend like it very much. although the strap is a little small for her big wrist, thank you so mcuh for the additional free strap for us to lengthen it. you are very favaroble.
